Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim to examine the Effect of Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Nagamas Ban Manado. Data collection is done by sharing questionnaires and processing data using simple linear regression analysis and correlation.


From the results of correlation analysis shows that the value of the influence of Discipline (X) on Employee Performance (Y), rxy = 0.531 states that the correlation between variable X (Discipline) and variable Y (Employee Performance) can be interpreted to be quite strong, the contribution of Discipline to Achievement Employee work, it is known through a coefficient in the mirror: KP = rxy2 x 100%, namely KP = 0.5312 x 100% = 28%. This is also illustrated in testing the hypothesis with the F Test, obtained data F-count = 10.979> F-table 4.20 and proved significant influence through the t test, obtained t-count = 3.313> t-table 1.701 then H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.


The results of the study indicate that there is an influence between Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Nagamas Ban Manado. Interpretation of the Effect of Discipline on Employee Work Performance is related to the effect of linearity Ŷ = 19.708 + 0.314 X. This is illustrated from the results of the F-count> F-table or F-count = 10.979> F-table = 4.20 with a significant value of 0, 05. As well as t-count = 3.313> t-table = 1.701. Thus if Discipline is increased, then Employee Performance at PT. Nagamas Ban Manado will increase.
