UJI ORGANOLEPTIK JUS WORTEL DENGAN PENAMBAHAN GULA DAN AIR JERUK LEMON
A research aimed to explore the effect of sugar and lemon juice addition on carrot juice was established using organoleptic test instrument. 20 respondents were involved in the experiment and the data was collected using Richter scale . Statistical tests performed were normality test, test of homogeneity variance, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that the addition of sugar and lemon juice significantly affect the taste of carrot juice. Addition of 40 ml sugar and 80 ml lemon juice on 800 ml carrot juice gave the best result.
