Abstract

This research with aimed to analysis added sugar formula that to influence karakteristik and like better in organoleptic tes to juice mangos. Rangking skale metode in accumulated data. Four treatment formula sugar to added fresh mangos consist of: 1) 1 spoon, 2 spoon, 3 spoon and control. It better like responden is treatment 3 is mean 2 spoon formula sugar and statistical result significant to level 5%.
