This research to aimed consist of : To analysis added some sugar variety and lemon extract in making juice carrot to organoleptic test. Metode reseach is rangking scale in using accumulated data. 20 responden to using organoleptic test. Result this research is to added 40 ml sugar and 80 ml exstract citrus in 800 ml juice carrot ic significant in 5% level.
